George Pope, MD

George Pope, M.D., is a double-board-certified plastic surgeon providing expert surgical care at Knight Dermatology Institute with locations in Orlando, Lake Mary, Winter Park, and Melbourne, Florida.  Dr. Pope is currently serving patients at Knight Dermatology Insitute in Winter Park, Florida.

Dr. Pope holds the distinction of being certified by 2 highly respected organizations: the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology (Head-Neck Surgery).  He has been caring for patients in Central Florida for over 30 years.

Dr. Pope obtained his M.D. degree from Louisiana State University, and completed his surgery training at the Tulane University Medical Center.  He completed his fellowship in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious University of Louisville program.

Dr. Pope is known for both his surgical talents and his warmhearted, kind personality.  When not spending time with his wife and children, Dr. Pope enjoys traveling (especially to New Orleans) and outdoor activities.
