J. Matthew Knight, M.D. is a board certified dermatologist specializing in surgical and cosmetic dermatology, with a special interest in cosmetic laser surgery of the skin.

Raised in Orlando, Dr. Knight graduated as a charter member from Lake Highland Preparatory School. He matriculated to Indiana University-Bloomington, receiving a degree in English Literature. He obtained his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine.

Dr. Knight completed his internship at the University of Hawai’i-Queen’s Hospital, with concentrations in general, vascular, and plastic surgery. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of Kansas in Kansas City.

A diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, Dr. Knight is a member of several medical and leadership societies. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery and the Florida Society of Dermatologic Surgeons. Dr. Knight is on the medical staff of Orlando Health.
